About Us
C.L.A.S.S. Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Gainesville, Florida. We focus on cultivating financial literacy, courage, confidence, character and professionalism. We expose young women to entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunities, fostering their abilities to problem-solve and overcome obstacles. C.L.A.S.S. Inc. provides free tutoring and entrepreneurial training to young ladies, building their confidence and setting them up for professional and academic success.
Specifically, we offer Freight Dispatching courses to young women who are 16-21 years old, teaching them the fundamentals of freight brokering, guiding them through leadership lessons, providing one-on-one budget training and allowing young women to receive a commission for the deals that they broker. When a young lady reaches a $100 profit margin, we assist her in opening a savings account to deposit her earnings. These earnings can be used after graduating from the program where the individual has enough capital to fund her own brokerage start-up. Young ladies also have the opportunity to pursue trucking, pay for their Commercial Driver's License with C.L.A.S.S. Inc for a maximum of two years.
